All content, materials, and assets on Obitron, including but not limited to the platform name, logo, tagline, brand identity, user interface design, graphics, icons, text, copy, product descriptions, images, software, and all other intellectual property, are the exclusive property of Obitron and are protected under the copyright laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable international intellectual property treaties.

The Obitron tagline "Your Trust. Our Standard." and all associated brand assets are the intellectual property of Obitron. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or imitation of any Obitron brand asset is strictly prohibited.

No part of Obitron's content or assets may be:

Copied, reproduced, or duplicated in any form; distributed, published, or transmitted without prior written consent; modified, adapted, or used to create derivative works; or used for commercial purposes without express authorisation from Obitron.

By listing products on Obitron, vendors grant Obitron a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use submitted product images, descriptions, and related content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting Obitron. Vendors retain ownership of their original content but warrant that all submitted content is original, accurate, and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Any reviews, ratings, or feedback submitted by users on Obitron may be used by Obitron for platform improvement, marketing, and promotional purposes. Users retain ownership of their submissions but grant Obitron a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such content across its platforms and channels.

Obitron may display third-party content such as manufacturer logos or product images solely for identification purposes. Such content remains the property of the respective owners. Obitron makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property.

If you believe that any content on Obitron infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact Obitron's support team with full details of the alleged infringement. Obitron will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with Nigerian law.

Obitron reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available under Nigerian law against any individual or entity found to be infringing on its intellectual property rights.

This Copyright Notice is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Copyright Act (as amended) and applicable international conventions to which Nigeria is a signatory.
